I am a final-year Ph.D. candidate in the Operations Management department at NYU Stern School of Business. Before embarking on my Ph.D. journey, I worked as a Research Associate at the Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad with Professor Milind Sohoni for two years. At ISB, I analyzed the factors driving full-time volunteering in the non-profit sector through an empirical study in collaboration with Teach for India.
Prior to joining ISB, I worked as a Project Manager in the motorcycle division of India’s largest motorcycle and three-wheeler manufacturer, Bajaj Auto Ltd. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, with a minor in Industrial Engineering. During my undergraduate studies, I also had the opportunity to work at the aviation division of General Electric, the watches division of Titan Company Ltd., and the automobile division at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
